Reservations and Registration

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arkansas State Park regulations do not allow more people in a cabin than they are designed to sleep.  Do not plan to put additional people in a cabin.
After the deadline date, you will be obligated to pay for the number of reservations you have made.  Capital University is obligated to pay Petit Jean State Park for the number of reservations made on the deadline date and cannot cover charges to your reservations.  You may, however, substitute students after the deadline to fill gaps left by students who cancel on you after the deadline has passed.
If at all possible, plan to stay over Saturday night.  If you leave Saturday, we are unable to use your cabin for activities on Saturday.
All festival fees must be paid either with cash or by check

We cannot accept credit cards.

Checks for lodging should be made payable to Capital University
Registration, reservations, and payment are handled through the host school.  Please do not contact the state park directly as it leads to confusion.
No school has a confirmed reservation until we receive your festival registration check in the amount of $125.00 plus $10.00 per student.  Arkansas state law prohibits the collection of registration fees on state park lands.  Your festival registration fee should be forwarded either with your paper registration or when you submit your electronic registration.
Undergraduates may bring 1 individual performance, a traditional performance or an experimental performance. Individual performances should be no longer than 6 minutes in length, including any introduction.
Group performances are by invitation.
All undergraduate students attending the festival will be assigned for group work with students from other colleges and universities.
