Personal Bio:
Justin Trudeau is a native of Santa Maria, California, and he was raised in Oregon and Louisiana respectively. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in speech communication in 1995 and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies degree in speech communication and English in 1999 from Oregon State University. In 2006, he received his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. 

He is married to Jessica Slie Trudeau, and they have a daughter named Jolie and a son named Marcel.

Justin enjoys traveling, the arts, and all things outdoors.

Research Interests:
Dr. Trudeau's research interests are in performance historicity, narrative theory, and performance art.

Notable Activities:
Dr. Trudeau is on the editorial board of Liminalities: A Journal of Performance Studies, and plays an active part in both the regional and national performance studies divisions of the National Communication Association.
